Please note that we will accept a limited number of participants. Your registration here does not ensure acceptance. You will be contacted later on to confirm acceptance. We have block-reserved a sufficient number of rooms at Hotel Adamello (Via Nazionale, 22 - I 38020 PASSO TONALE), and there is no need for you to contact the hotel.
The registration fee for the School is €750 per person and includes:
- attendance at all School lectures;
- bus transfers between Trento and Passo del Tonale (outbound and return);
- six nights' accommodation in a shared double room at Hotel Adamello on a half-board basis.
Optional extras are available at the following rates:
- full-board supplement: €12/day for a hot lunch or €9/day for a packed lunch;
- single-occupancy room: €15/day (subject to availability and granted upon request);
- access to the spa and swimming pool: €15/day or €35 for the entire stay.
The registration fee of €670 should be paid by bank transfer upon confirmation of acceptance. Bank account details will be provided at the appropriate stage. Any optional extras should be paid locally during the School.
In case of forced cancellation of the event, the fees will be reimbursed.
For students who require a visa together with an official invitation letter: Please complete the registration form already by 17th September 2026, so that we can pre-evaluate your application and you can apply for a visa in due time.
For students who do NOT require a visa: The application deadline is 15th October 2026.
Please note that this year we cannot provide any financial support, and we kindly ask applicants to apply only if their participation costs are already secured.
