Please note that we will accept a limited number of participants. Your registration here does not ensure acceptance. You will be contacted later on to confirm acceptance. We have block-reserved a sufficient number of rooms at Hotel Adamello (Via Nazionale, 22 - I 38020 PASSO TONALE), and there is no need for you to contact the hotel.
The total cost of the School is €595 per person which covers: School lectures, bus transfers from Trento to Tonale and return, 6 nights half-board shared double room at Hotel Adamello. Single-occupancy rooms cost €15 extra per day (subject to limited availability and only after reasonable request). The total cost of the school is to be paid by bank transfer to the school’s account upon confirmation of acceptance. We will send the details at the appropriate stage.
In case of forced cancellation of the event, the fees will be reimbursed.
For students who require a visa together with an official invitation letter: Please complete the registration form already by 17th September 2023, so that we can pre-evaluate your application and you can apply for a visa in due time.
For students who do NOT require a visa: The application deadline is 15th October 2023.
