We apologize in advance if due to limited space we cannot accommodate all applicants.
The total cost of the School is €495 per person, inclusive of: School lectures, bus transfers from/to Trento, 5 nights full-board shared room at the Hotel Adamello. Single-occupancy rooms for €20 extra per day. After acceptance, please contact directly the hotel to book the room and for any other issue concerning the accommodation (e.g. if you want to share the room with another accepted participant, for special needs, dietary restrictions etc). The total cost is to be paid by bank transfer to the school’s account upon confirmation of acceptance. We will send the appropriate details at that stage.
Partial financial support is available for applicants from lower-income countries that register earlier than Sept. 1st (tick the appropriate box in the form below, and follow the instructions there).
In case of forced cancellation of the event, the fees will be reimbursed.
If you need a visa to attend the school and require an official invitation letter, we recommend you to contact us as soon as you have confirmation of acceptance and definitely before October 15th, 2019. By continuing with the registration, you accept that we store the data you send us for the exclusive purpose of the meeting.
