For accepted submissions, the participants will be asked to prepare both a poster (displayed over the whole time of the conference) as well as a short talk (8+2 min) in one of the parallel sessions. For the best submissions - selected by vote at the beginning of the conference -, there will be an additional opportunity to present the work during a highlight plenary session on Friday morning.

Decisions will be made after the submission deadline. If an earlier decision is needed for travel planning or visa applications, please contact us.
