Call for Abstracts

For accepted submissions, the participants will be asked to prepare both a poster (displayed over the whole time of the conference) as well as a short talk (8+2 min) in one of the parallel sessions. For the best submissions - selected by vote at the beginning of the conference -, there will be an additional opportunity to present the work during a highlight plenary session on Friday morning.

Decisions will be made close to or after the submission deadline. If an earlier decision is needed for travel planning or visa applications, please contact us.

Abstracts submitted after the July 31st deadline will still be considered, but we cannot guarantee placement in the correct parallel sessions.
