Talks
- Please make sure to upload your slides to Indico in good time ahead of your session.
Posters
- Presenters should choose a poster location of their liking add the corresponding number to their title slide.
- Highlight vote: During Monday's poster session, use the sticker provided to you at registration to vote for your favorite poster by placing it by the number. The 5 winners will have their contribution upgraded to a 30 minute highlight talk on Friday morning.
- Our rough recommendation: Stand by your poster on Wednesday if you have an odd-numbered location. For even-numbers, stand by on Thursday.
Lunches
- On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, buffet-style lunch is be provided at the nearby cafeteria (Mensa).
- The yellow coupons you received at registration cover a plate of food and one drink.
- In case you will be absent for one or more lunches, you may donate your coupons (to students) at the registration desk.
