The International Conference on Quantum Systems in Extreme Conditions (QSEC2019) is open to all with interest and you can register from June 01 - August 20, 2019.

REGISTRATION FEE & REGULATIONS
For participation of the International Conference on Quantum Systems in Extreme Conditions 2019 we charge a registration fee of 250€. The registration fee covers access to all scientific talks and poster sessions, the lunches and coffee breaks specified in the conference program, conference materials and the welcome reception. (Please note that the Conference Dinner is NOT included). Reduced fee options for accompanying persons for excursions or conference dinner are also available.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The QSEC2019 organizers are proud to partner with the collaborative research centre SFB 1225 ISOQUANT to provide financial assistance to participants attending the conference. Student and non-student participants may apply for financial assistance that will waive the registration fee and/or provide for a travel stipend in exceptional cases.

In order to request financial assistance, applicants must submit an abstract by the deadline and plan on presenting at the conference. Financial assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT
Payment needs to be done via bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email with all the payment details after you've completed the registration process. If you have not received this within 3 days of registering, please contact us by emailing QSEC2019@itp.uni-heidelberg.de. All payments must arrive by 25 August 2019. After that, we reserve the right to cancel all unpaid registrations.

All cancellations of registration must be sent to QSEC2019@itp.uni-heidelberg.de. Submission of registration is regarded as a firm booking (subject to avalability).
